Mr. Shadrack Singwane, Founder & Executive Director, Prozela
Mr. Shadrack Singwane is the Founder and Executive Director of Prozela (Pty) Ltd, bringing more than 16 years of hands-on experience and technical expertise to the mining, engineering, agriculture, and heavy equipment industries.
A qualified Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic, Mr. Singwane has built an extensive career working with leading organisations across the mining and equipment sectors, including Petra Diamonds, South32, Seriti, BHP Billiton, Bell Equipment, Barloworld Equipment and General Motors South Africa. His experience spans mechanical equipment maintenance, diagnostics and fault finding, machine inspections, maintenance management, safety compliance, SAP systems and technical skills development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Singwane has progressed into leadership and supervisory roles, where he has managed maintenance teams and contractors, coordinated critical repairs, supported operational efficiency and mentored apprentices and emerging artisans.
This combination of technical expertise and leadership experience has given him a practical understanding of the demands businesses face in maintaining equipment reliability, safety and productivity.
As the driving force behind Prozela, Mr. Singwane is committed to delivering dependable, high-quality mechanical equipment repair and maintenance solutions. Under his leadership, Prozela specialises in the maintenance and repair of earth-moving equipment, power and standby generators, and motor vehicles, with a strong focus on quality, accountability, integrity and customer satisfaction.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Singwane is passionate about skills development and creating pathways for young people to enter the engineering and artisan trades.
